Version 2026-06-A · Companion to the MSA. Cover levels are reviewed annually and may change; current certificates are available to enterprise customers under NDA on request.
Placeholder limits. Limits below are indicative targets for launch and will be updated to the certificated values once the policies are bound. Do not treat as a contractual commitment until reflected on the certificate.
1. Professional Indemnity (PI)
Target limit: £2,000,000 any one claim and in the aggregate. Covers civil liability arising from negligent acts, errors or omissions in the provision of professional services.
2. Technology Errors & Omissions (Tech E&O)
Target limit: £2,000,000 any one claim. Covers liability arising from failure of the software or services to perform as intended, including loss caused to a customer's business by a defect or outage.
3. Cyber Liability
Target limit: £2,000,000 any one claim. Covers first-party costs (forensics, notification, PR, business interruption) and third-party liability arising from a privacy or network-security incident, including regulatory defence costs to the extent insurable.
4. Public Liability
Target limit: £5,000,000 any one claim. Engaged only in the limited circumstances where a VenueCore representative attends a customer site.
5. Employers' Liability
Statutory £10,000,000 as required by UK law.
6. Verification
Enterprise customers may request a certificate of insurance via legal@venuecore.solutions. Insurance does not modify or expand the liability cap set out in the MSA; it is a financial backstop, not a contractual remedy.
