VenueCore started in 2021, in the back office of Prime & Smoke, after the GM threatened to quit if she had to log into one more dashboard. Five years later, 240+ restaurants and hospitality groups run their entire service on us.
Restaurants are some of the most complex small businesses on earth, and most of them run on a tab-soup of eight different SaaS tools that do not talk to each other. Bookings live in one place, the floor in another, the menu in a third, payroll somewhere on a thumb drive.
Our co-founders ran rooms before they wrote software. The first version of VenueCore was a single screen taped to a host stand at Prime & Smoke that merged the booking sheet, the floor map, and the deposit ledger. By the second weekend, the GM stopped switching tabs. By the third, the head chef stopped shouting numbers across the pass.
Five years on, VenueCore is the HospitalityOS that runs reservations, the floor, the menu, the staff, the guest CRM and the finance for restaurants and hospitality groups across 14 cities. One dashboard, every service, on your domain.
